Return, Replacement & Exchange Policy
At Botch, we want you to love your dice. If something isn’t looking good, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Defective Items
If your dice arrive with a manufacturing defect we’ll replace the affected die or the full set at no cost to you.
Simply email/contact us with a brief description and photos of the issue. (Use the contact us form or send me an email at Bob at Botchdice dot com)
Once we confirm the defect, we’ll send out your replacement as soon as we can.
We may ask that you return the defective item for quality review, if so we will pick up the shipping.
Exchanges (Change of Preference)
If the dice you ordered aren’t quite what you expected you can return them for an exchange.
Dice must be in unused, original condition.
Once we receive the return, we’ll ship your exchange item promptly.
If the item you want has a price difference, we’ll either refund or invoice the difference.
General Notes
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges, but we cover shipping for replacements due to defects.
